I’m Eric Reis, a Senior Game UI Artist based in São Paulo, Brazil, with over 9 years of experience in digital art and visual design, focused on UI/UX since 2021 and specialized in Game UI since 2024.
I’m currently part of the team at Pipa Studios, where I create visual elements for the game’s interface (HUDs, icons, and UI assets), interaction mockups that serve as guides for the animators, and take care of components, Design System, and documentation, always thinking about the product’s scalability.
I put a lot of care into our game, balancing interface logic with artistic sensibility to build experiences that are clear, visually consistent, and that players want to engage with.
With a background in Advertising, I built my career across agencies, startups, and tech companies, designing interfaces and visual solutions. In my work, I always aim for clarity and functionality, not just aesthetics. That foundation in product UI/UX is what now directly informs my work in games.
Illustration is also part of my journey and remains present in my work. It helps my using my artistic eye and attention to detail, qualities that directly show in the aesthetic quality of what I create in Game UI.
Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with brands such as Zé Delivery, Bateras Beat, Collaborate Agency, Monnos, and UAUBox, applying design, illustration, and visual direction across digital products, campaigns, and interactive experiences.
